As wellj ust the first article is with low test subject numbers(30 people is not a great study....). Even more so decafe is processed chemical sludge. -

rees (rees@breastmilk.club)'s status on Thursday, 05-Oct-2023 10:51:53 JST rees @dcc @Tony even if you have a small cup of coffee (100mg) you'll have caffeine in your system until the next morning, and no one only has a small cup of coffee because you gain tolerance fast and soon you're up to two large coffees In conversation permalink -
Santa Noodle ☦️ (bowsacnoodle@poa.st)'s status on Thursday, 05-Oct-2023 10:52:13 JST Santa Noodle ☦️ @rees @dcc @Tony Doesn't matter because the threshold only needs to get above the efficacy level and the reactions are cascading albeit with diminished returns. Suppose the concentration level needed to keep you awake is 1.p ug/ml. You add to an already above baseline level because of how halflife works. In conversation permalink Attachments

Again, to low of numbers to be any sense of the word accurate. Also not being able to track the real brain wave movements is already a red flag.In conversation permalink -

Santa Noodle ☦️ (bowsacnoodle@poa.st)'s status on Thursday, 05-Oct-2023 11:33:23 JST Santa Noodle ☦️ @rees @dcc @Tony How does it not work that way? That's how dose titration works. Effects are partially mitigated because of receptor downregulation and other factors, but that's not going to stop the baseline lvl from rising. The psychoactive dose requirement goes up from receptor change, but the physical response is still there. In other words I drink coffee after dinner and it doesn't give me much energy but ruins my sleep. In conversation permalink -
