     If you torture someone to admit to something that didn't happen then source them for the thing as if it happened and people for decades say it happened and believe it did happen... through the power of belief did it really happen?
     
     Like how if you're watching a movie and something happens. It happened, but at the same time it's just a movie so it didn't happen.
