@Humpleupagus that also.
I can just sit and stare as the second hand ticks by. before you know it it's cleared a fourth of the face. And then a half, and then its back to where it started. To think of what beautiful things I could've seen or done in that time yet I did nothing but stare, as a minute passed, and hour passed, yet I stare nonetheless. Pondering about why this contraption designed to convey an invisible force that acts on our world even exists.

This presumes time. It's not an argument.
> Also a single object in it's own universe with no velocity is not at all comparable to our universe which is not static, constantly expanding, and as a result all objects are moving as they fall through space in orbit with common centers of mass.
This also presumes time. It is also not an argument. It's a tautology. What you're saying is "time is a dimension of the universe," but using different words. Black science man would be proud.

Only if there's something there against which to measure it. If everything moved forward in time together, in the sense that it was a unified dimension that ticked and tocked in rhythm, we'd be unable to notice it, kinda like how we don't notice the rotation of the earth by looking trees. Only difference gives us the ability to distinguish and derive. An single object in its own universe can have no velocity regardless of how hard its thrown. It cannot be said to transverse any distance over any period of time. Thus, time is for us an idea derived from empirical evidence.

the stuff that object is made of can still decay, the question is whether or not you can measure it, not if it happens. Also a single object in it's own universe with no velocity is not at all comparable to our universe which is not static, constantly expanding, and as a result all objects are moving as they fall through space in orbit with common centers of mass

@Humpleupagus @Hyperhidrosis temporal motion is still motion

@Hyperhidrosis @Humpleupagus Time is not a force, it is a dimension

It's an idea.
