   For all the complaining, I guess doing my arms workout and drinking that protein shake after did some levels of wonder, as it was slightly easier today and I was able to fit a little bit more arms workout than usual

     @YTFoidLover1488 I genuinely have no fucking idea because the dumbass keg didn't come with a fucking scoop, so I have no idea how much they were expecting me to actually fucking scoop
     
     I assume I'm taking less, so probably around 10-13g instead of the supposed 22g

     @YTFoidLover1488 Scoop is probably half that as I had to take the one from a slimfast or something similar can that mom is using. Supposedly, the full scoop would be like 22g, so around 10-12g probably when I take it. I don't take it everyday

     @coolboymew@shitposter.club I've also observed this. I have a mega hard time meeting my protein requirements sometimes. But it's also one of those things that makes a big difference (for me) too.

     @YTFoidLover1488 I didn't take whey. I have some allergies, while I can actually consume "may contain eggs", I prefer to avoid it when I can. I got a fully vegan solution which has a short ingredient list other than the various protein source it could have

     @Rocc as far as I'm aware, protein powder is protein powder. Supposedly whey is the best, and the less ingredients and weird unnatural shit there are, the better

     @coolboymew@shitposter.club you can 100% tell the difference in whey/pea/"casin" protein sources in their taste/effect on your body and how they mix/cook.
     
     but nah, I don't think it matters too much either. Variety is to be encouraged in life!
