     @graf Mine taught me about the writer of that episode, really makes everything even cringier when you realize the know-it-all therapist was just a puffy faced girl trying to recite her progress from therapy

     @SpaceElf @graf I don’t recall the details, but the whole pickle rick episode was basically some chick’s diatribe about deconstructing rick’s character because she hated him. I think they had an all-female writer’s room, which didn’t help when people hated that season when it aired. The pickle rick episode is weirdly divisive, you either cringe or think it’s hilarious, and I think the ones who love it fall on the more reddit-y side of the aisle.

     But it’s been a while, and TBH I kinda glaze over the details when she picks up speed about this kind of thing so I may recall it wrong
