David Johnson was sick and fucking tired of beaners setting up their fruit stand on the sidewalk in front of his house so he tore the whole thing down.
He was later arrested, given a $5,000 bond and charged with felony vandalism (Class E felony, 1 to 6 years).
Notice the beaner lady in the background crying "call the police" in Spanish.

as far as i know you guys mostly depend on shit like those big markets for that, this stand seemed to be in the middle of nowhere bothering no one and hell even being a cheaper alternative than buying fruit from a market.
unless they were throwing trash in the area this guy just seems like a massive douche.

fruit and veggies are some of the most sold things in latin america so these people could easily have family that gives them fruit to sell.
