     Perhaps the most frustrating thing about watching Italy be invaded day by day is watching it happen while under the watch of "conservative" leadership. Just one more reason not to trust them.

     Next time I see a 6 to 7 out of 10 espousing semi-right-ish political views in order to get me invested in the niggercattle political system, I’ll think twice I tell ya huh-whut

     It's because a lot of the clothes shipped over to Africa are unsold sports memorabilia, last years Jerseys and stuff like that, big corps treat Africa like a garbage dump for last years clothing lines, It's why all these people look like they woke up and hit "random" on the saints row the third wardrobe menu.

     That's the dark brilliance of democracy. Force people to choose between being boiled slowly and quickly, and you've got them. On one hand, it's entirely reasonable to prefer slower to quicker, on the other hand, either way the ruling elite gets what it wants. And non-voting doesn't matter, either, since disillusionment won't stop them from doing whatever they want so long as they control the necessary levers of power. The only actual way to topple the whole thing and impose any kind of responsive or meaningful change is via revolutionary strongman, and all they need to do is divert enough popular support away from organizing behind such a figure. They've also aggressively taken steps to ensure the usual strongman routes like military leader are closed off. Granted the system has pissed away massive amounts of credibility in a short period of time and will rot away much faster than it otherwise would have, but I'm not sure if there's any quick, clean resolution to this.

     i have been reading about this politics bullshit for a long time but one of the things i have not gotten yet is why does it even matter if the population is engaged in the dumb theather politics and elections. Why would they care if only like 30% or less vote since it doesn't even matter that much who they vote for?
