     It was my first large trip in three years' time. As a business journalist I simply cannot do my entire job remotely. Since I have to fill 20 pages with meaningful content in 2.5 months time about how a certain industry in Taiwan is doing, I had no choice but to go there - simple as that.

     Thanks for calling me an asshole, by the way. I would like to confirm that this feeling is mutual, very much so.
