@PhenomX6 It should if it uses the same approach to block device drivers. Worked for me on Windows 8/8.1/10 (probably Vista and 7 too as they're also WIM-based and don't do much during the first stage other than partitioning the disk and extracting the image; XP and earlier throw INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE when you boot the target machine) and Linux (which boots practically anywhere).

@PhenomX6 Just tested installing XP on an old laptop by booting Arch 32 ISO, setting up the NBD share and then installing the system via QEMU on my main PC. It works if you change the the IDE controller type from whatever XP picked to generic standard one. Takes a few minutes to initialize all the new drivers when booting the target system (during which you couldn't even wiggle the mouse), but works just fine afterwards. Yes, I have nothing better to do on Saturday night.

I've been fighting a bug on an obscure smartmedia card reader with one other guy on the Linux mailing list over the past week or two, the latest patch made progress at least.
