   Probably confidence thing. Not worrying about getting a gf (because you already have one) does free a lot of energy, and make you take care of yourself better.

     I bet it does radiate off of you, but also if those women are seeing you with the gf that makes a huge difference. I've experienced it myself where if I'm in public with an attractive woman, even if she's just a relative or whatever(which other women won't realize)then I get noticed more. The PUAs would call this "pre-selection".
