   These conspiracy sentences seem excessive but maybe they wouldn't if I knew the details...

   The backbone of the govt’s case was hundreds of messages exchanged by Proud Boys in the days leading up to J6 that prosecutors say showed how the extremists saw themselves as revolutionaries and celebrated the attack.

   “Make no mistake,” Tarrio wrote in one message. “We did this.” In another post as the Proud Boys swarmed the Capitol, Tarrio commanded: “Do what must be done.”

     The violence started while Trump was still giving a speech ~2 miles away. A lot of weird things happened on Jan 6th.
     Police moving the barriers aside and waving people into the building, even giving Q Shaman a guided tour.
     Ashli Babbitt was murdered by a cop while scolding people for breaking a window at the capital.

     Not really. Trump told everyone to go home almost immediately when the escalation started.

     I need to go deeper on this. all sides seem fucked up. and what was the point, to delay it by a day? unless there was a thought that somehow this would enable Trump to get the votes or instigate a larger response from the public. outside of that, it's cosplay gone too far or them being tricked into a really embarrassing situation for Trump. but Trump and Bannon are playing along the whole time. so weird.

     @wjmaggos The funniest thing about this to me is that #Tarrio got uncovered as an #FBI informant, killing the #ProudBoys movement, and many in the right actually thought he was one of the feds behind the #Jan6 violence at first. It’s strange to see them now up in arms about the sentencing of someone they were calling a fed and accusing of exactly what he’s been convicted of just a year or two ago.

     @luke @threalist @wjmaggos @gmcgath @EvilSandmich Eh. A lotta things were super suspicious, but I will say that I get why the cop shot into the crowd that day, he was severely outnumbered and getting backed into a corner. Maybe #AshliBabbitt herself didn’t do anything, but the crowd was violent enough to warrant a shot, and #AshliBabbitt should have left the crowd rather than try to sway it.
