I've been hearing them say ebola (like you said), but how would it get there? The US gov't isn't attacking a bunch of fags in the desert. Those are their voters and foot soldiers.
If true, your suggestion of the rain kicking up crap and bringing out vermin makes a lot of sense. In that case, probably something like the hantavirus or bubonic plague, although hantavirus usually takes at least a week between exposure and symptoms.

chances are highly unlikely unless an attack has occured ... u hear about rare cases of plague still poppin up in places like arizona in animals but even then who knows it could be bullshit but pathogens do lie dormant and that storm has kicked up alot of shit .... only place i kno of fckin ebola occuring is zaire afrika .... but its prolly some prelude to the next govt psyop this gives them everything they need to make it happen
plus its a large mix of people isolated and in a well controlled environment .... real or not the govt is gonna jump all over this shit
