Nah, uchiha are nigger jews.
Meanwhile Aryan ninja Jesus saves the world from the uchiha kikes, fucks mutant alien bitch and his son still has Aryan blonde hair blue eyes because ultra Aryan genes that defy physics
-
@IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew Naruto is now also an absentee father and his daughter is also well on her way to being a whore, just the hippyish libleft pothead kind of whore. So you weren’t wrong.
-
@jimmybuffettfanaccount @IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew It's a shame that Boruto never capitalized on this. Naruto spent much of his life trying to get everyone to like him, and so is unable to totally devote himself to a small number of people, including his own kids. Boruto's hatred of his dad is kind of justified, but the anime makes Boruto come off as spoiled.
-
@Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew The arc of nart being a shitty dad and slowly getting better at it and connecting with bort is very well done in the anime, okay in the manga, and flat out bad in the original movie, which is the only version of the story where bort comes across is a brat, and unfortunately it’s also what most people have seen.
-
@Elliptica @jimmybuffettfanaccount @IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew Just stick too the manga. They packed the anime with so much bullshit. The manga has much less talk no jutsu and the characters actually have too kill people too resolve a fight.
-
@jimmybuffettfanaccount @IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew I guess I should watch the anime then. I skipped it when It seems like it was going nowhere.
-
@jimmybuffettfanaccount @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS Is Burrito as insufferable as the main series where half of the run time is filler content and is still filled with filler episodes?
-
@Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew Its basically konoha slice of life for 100 episodes with lots of slow burn character development. It’s not for everyone, definitely radioactive to shonenheads, but I’m very fond of it.
-
@coolboymew @jimmybuffettfanaccount @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS A good bit of it unfortunately. SP fucking blows ass but occasionally they throw big budget at an episode or 2. The quality of the anime swings wildly. The sauce/nart vs momo fight is great. The episodes after are like minimum quality tier
-
@Boomerman @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @jimmybuffettfanaccount yeah, I'm really glad the era of infinitely airing adaptation has pretty much ended. With maybe just Boruto and One Piece left
-
@coolboymew @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @jimmybuffettfanaccount The anime and manga are different enough too that you could consider them totally different stories. Bort is an entirely different character
-
@Boomerman @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @jimmybuffettfanaccount hmm, that's interesting
-
@coolboymew @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @jimmybuffettfanaccount Bort isnt a cocky little shit in the manga and hes way more competent
-
@Boomerman @coolboymew @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @jimmybuffettfanaccount bort sampson.
-
@jimmybuffettfanaccount @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew its not like Nardo had much of a dad to learn from
did any of the characters even have parents?
-
@coolboymew @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS It’s different for the first half and then it’s basically that in the second half but not nearly as insufferable. With the original Naruto and shitpoodung you basically split your time between manga content (sometimes brutally slowly paced manga content) and aggressively pointless filler where all the characters regress to their most one dimensional traits to be in a 20 minute Saturday morning cartoon. The first half of bort is like they merged the two halves into a single cohesive experience (while also doing a pretty good job of avoiding flashbacks and other time wasting editing) where there’s a sort of a problem of the week structure but the kids and their parents get to be real characters the whole time and they actually slowly grow and develop as time goes on instead of being stagnant caricatures. I joke about it being my favorite slice of life anime but it’s not far from the truth. If you have certain ideas of what a shonen anime is supposed to be you’ll probably hate the first half, as many do, but if you know what they were going for (anime staff said explicitly their goal was less to make a manga adaptation than to make a show that families could watch together every week where it’s light and fun for the kids but written well enough for the adults to enjoy) and you do enjoy family programming you’ll probably like it, because it’s genuinely a very well done family anime. The second half is more like a normal shonen, they start adapting the manga while stopping to do original Naruto esque filler arcs but even then they’re much more competent and don’t feel as much like your time is being wasted.
-
@jimmybuffettfanaccount @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS huh, interesting as it sounds like something I'd actually enjoy
-
@monsterislandcolonizer @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @coolboymew I don’t dislike nart or think he’s a bad character for struggling with fatherhood, it makes sense and it’s a (sometimes) well told story.
And yeah they pretty much all have both parents alive for at least most of their childhoods
-
@jimmybuffettfanaccount @Elliptica @IAMAL_PHARIUS @monsterislandcolonizer @coolboymew Yeah, Naruto and Sasuke both being orphans sets them apart from the other characters and even gives them some early mutual understanding of each other - and it's also why Sasuke is utterly disgusted with Sakura when she at one point actually shit-talks Naruto for being an orphan.
