     @Skringot I actually don’t like hemmoraging people like this, it’s nice to have some counterpoints here so it’s not all one single flavor. Even if it’s dumb.

     Prevents new blood from ever coming around, and I’m always fretting about how quick we are to lop off recruitment. Not everyone can be as redpilled as the older, more experienced guys out the gate, they gotta ease into it

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @Skringot Agreed. It would be good to have *slightly less aggressive behavior* by some people here. I'm not talking about pushing people to say the N word, but not picking fights with people over the smallest disagreements or at least encouraging them to defend themselves rather than run. Too many people aren't ready for hard arguments or have never had to defend their unevaluated truisms.

     @BroDrillard @Skringot Yeah, I only saw a portion of it but my point stands. We’re always so happy chasing people away when we’re barely paying 2/3 of the bills with a small cadre of well-vetted guys. It’s not fun having the retards around, but we basically chase off someone every week, and have a major break-off into new servers every year. Not really a lasting recipe if you want to keep things going for a long time.

     Not even just a poast thing, it’s a wide-ranging shortcoming of our whole political ouvre. Everyone feels content to shit on people who aren’t as far down the path to enlightenment, like boomers wanting master’s degrees for entry level jobs.

     Gotta be able to bring in new people still, and new people will have bad takes - they are new.
