  The old repo lists the second contributor of also Indian origin who I presume was his groupmate. Searching him on FPS once again shows a single result for someone who's one year older and in San Jose which is pretty close to Fremont. Haven't dug up further yet, but I'd say my guess is at least 70% correct.
