     I’ve come to suspect that people referring to their bf/gf/hubby/wife as “my partner” are doing this to an extent. They feel like they’re rubbing the singles’ noses in the fact they have someone.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @mushroom_soup I think it's because they got psyopped into using gender neutral nouns when referring to their husband or wife. It's just clownworld.
