Every month I have to work with one of those types and I just HATE them. It mixes with readily available plain jane weed in a very much complementary way, taking sleepy cough syrup and somewhat euphoric mj into a weird psychedelic thing complete with fractals if you hit the dosage right

  One has codeine, the other has DXM which is garbage for the most part. It's hard to take enough DXM to notice anything and there is a hangover that goes with it.
  
  Codeine is just a weak opiate. A whole bottle of cough syrup is probably equivalent to 4-5 hydrocodone.
  
  Rappers bragging about either are foolish and have caused a lot of people to get hooked on opiates since a bottle of cough syrup that costs $5-$10 to fill goes for $100 or more sometimes according to what I've read when I looked up what the hell "lean" was.
