     @WashedOutGundamPilot @Polfusilier that question posed about the surrogacy is genuinely more horrifying to me than the plot of the computer game Soma (I watched some yt videos about it recently).

     That question being - presuming White/White DNA for both parents, the fertilized embryo is implanted into a non-White womb, what would the womb “grow”? I.e. the blueprints are for a White person but all the incoming (and initial) biomass is black (non-White). Are you (that embryo) a White person?

     Sure, after several years, maybe a decade, your body might have grown to replace a certain threshold percentage of your body (skin, newer/larger bone structure, each organ is larger as made by yourself), but would you ever be White enough?

     I am going to be haunted by this for a long frigging time.

     @kybermace @Polfusilier I’d bet that you actually end up distinctly negrified in som small way, because the mother’s stem cells would be integrated into your body from gestation. If they even let you see, there’d probably be some funky genetic markers that aren’t there in any one but your black mom
