     @Shlomo PCB's can be found in insulation oils used in electrical transformers. My guess is there was leaks c ause agin infrastructure and the fact that they're top secret missle silos prolly not maintained properly.

     @Shlomo like all the SCIF's I've been in had Abestos abatement plans as they were never going to get around to actually removing it. So yeah that's on my records if I ever get lung cancer.
