     @luithe @LittleTom @EvilCorp1988 Mother's Basement set me off with his Pro Parts Skipping memo for Jojo's Part Skipping is stupid, the stories aren't self contained they're connected in tiny ways but still so, only one you can attempt to say you can skip to is Steel Ball Run, but even then SBR has alot of callbacks to previous parts and stuff makes more sense when they change stuff like Stands, so you know what changed.

     @LittleTom @ChristiJunior I’ve said before it’s not totally out of the question for a convoluted chain of phone calls to have been made pressing on the editor/publisher in order to prove eren ‘wrong’ in the end. There was a lot of hubbub when the show was popular stateside about it ‘glorifying fascism’, to the point normies got into it.

     I would totally expect some bureaucrat functionary to put in a ‘good word’ to make sure this newfangled pokemon franchise doesn’t “embolden the alt-right”. That’s how a lot of sausage is made behind the scenes.
