     @RadixVerum FWIW the demographics skew kinda young around these parts, there does tend to be an arc among a few of the boys where they soften up and start recognizing their own failures in others. After life tosses you around a bit, it’s much easier to empathize.

     @RupertvonRipp @RadixVerum My cohort has crested 30 now, the more time I spend around the zoomers and alphas in the family, the more striking the change has been in the way we react to things.

     Like a while back, they were passing around that depressing tweet about the camgirl crying. The younger guys were pretty firmly in the “eh, screw ‘em, they reap what they sew“ camp, while the millennials (all 4 of us) went to bat (well, they fell in line with me most likely) in that you can’t completely fault a girl going into that line when she thinks she’s doing right by every worldly measure.

     Young guys assume they’ll never screw up, never wander off the optimal path… while older guys look back and see a lot of pointless detours their young selves arrogantly believed they’d be smart enough to avoid.

     No I just have zero sympathy for women from a lifetime of being treated like shit by every (non-related) female I've ever talked to.

     I'm still on blab but mainly just lurk. It's a fucking trainwreck... most online places are just a shithole anymore and it is a reflection of our society.
