@realcaseyrollins If I run a small business I am expected to pay someone who is not working up to almost half a year? What if I have to replace them. Now I'm paying 2 employees (even if one is at a discount) for one person's work.
It may not matter to a giant corporation, but small businesses probably don't all have the capacity to support someone for such a long time.

@caekislove @realcaseyrollins imagine... where does it end lol
-
@thatguyoverthere @realcaseyrollins Oops! The second employee you just hired is taking a few months off to shake his stalker ex-girlfriend! Maybe you'll have better luck with the third one!
-
Hire every new employee as a contract employee.
-
@Evil_Bender @realcaseyrollins until in the next iteration they call it a loophole and make contracting self employed people harder.
-
even the people who do show up to the office don't work. 90% of middle managers are fake jobs that don't need to exist.
-
@thatguyoverthere @realcaseyrollins Most niggers already change jobs more often than 6 months. Not a single nigger will ever show up at work again, under such a system.
-
I entirely support this kind of program for White people. We need to support mothers until we can make it so they don't have to work and can actually raise their kids. As it is, this will just benefit niggers and spinsters who claim they need time off for some bullshit ailment or a fictional relative, while the partial pay reduction means mothers will be tempted or forced to keep working to afford things for the baby

A signpost for the return to actual family businesses?
-
@chud @caekislove @verita84 @Senator_Armstrong @realcaseyrollins I don't support forcing small businesses to do things they simply can not do regardless of who the targeted demographic is. If a business wants to offer something like this as an incentive to new hires or something that's one thing, but making it mandatory seems guaranteed to ruin businesses

@chud @caekislove @verita84 @Senator_Armstrong @realcaseyrollins government rarely walks backwards sadly
-
I usually agree with you and I instinctively hate government telling people what to do but at this point I'm fine with a period of fascism to stabilize our position and fix how things like work, wages and benefits are handled. Once we get back to a working and natural arrangement we can let people have more freedom and flexibility
