   Yellow's attorney is seeking a temporary restraining order to prevent the union from striking right now in court.
   
   No answer but Yellow has claimed a strike basically means chapter 7 bankruptcy... which they claim will happen regardless and have claimed every year since 2009 lol

     Lmao like why not just not comply? Where did the $700m go? Where is the investigation?
     
     100+ year old company and yet, consistently made poor decisions over the last 20 that led to this. How does that happen? How do you hire/retain people in those roles to make that happen? Like, statistically, that should be impossible. Too many smart people in this industry to never find one or 5 to tell you "no, don't do that"
