These are in my local public library… I live in Kentucky in a red district.
If I were to say to a leftist that this ideology is being forced on children, I imagine some of them would use religion as a counter argument. There are no religious books in the children’s section at my library, despite the high Christian population. So how do the people of a community influence the kind of material in their public library? Because I keep hearing conservatives ban books, and yet here we are.

@Some1Actually Every library is like this because “conservatives” have lives and shit to do. The wives have activities for the kids and a low drive to convert anyone to their brand of “leave me alone, please” ideology. The men are working.
It’s always like this. We don’t have the bandwidth to join library selection committees like the 47 yo spincel looking to make her mark in life by laying ideological eggs in YOUR children’s brains.

@Some1Actually We would go far if men would just stay in shape, be cool, and laugh at this stuff when it comes up. Scorn and shame is such an effective weapon, but all anyone does is lean on morality and logic.
Better to just say “are you really gonna pick that? Here, hold it up, I wanna get a picture hahaha”

@WashedOutGundamPilot I agree with your analysis. I have said in previous posts that I feel our issues are the failures of men. I believe men have to step up, but I also believe we have to lead with kindness. Not this tolerance bullshit; we have to be intolerant to what we think is wrong, but I think there are dipshits who mean well but are misguided. I've seen the people at this library, and it appears they mean well. But that doesn't mean I trust them entirely.

@WashedOutGundamPilot I feel you big time. That is another issue. Men are physically weak, and distracted by the most meaningless bullshit. I am a millennial, and almost every guy I know spends all their time playing video games, watching twitch, watching tik tok, or watching sports, but has absolutely no idea what's going on in the world. They lack curiosity entirely. Just let them have their video games and sports and they will be quiet.
