OKay, I figured out why I don't like the Fresh and Fit pod cast.
It's because they give advice to men on how to deal with really low quality women. Their advice will help you get instagram thots, but the advice won't help you find an actual decent woman.

Based Hump with the based relationship takes.

See, that's much better advice than
HURR DUURRR MAH RED PILL AND I NEED TO MAKE 6 FIGURES AND HAVE 5 GIRLFRIENDS AT ONCE
-
Mr. Rogers is correct. I met my wife when I wasn't even looking.
Also, anyone who says "all women are a way" is a retard. First, like men, within the class of women there are a range of personalities. Second, the statement often entails that the man needs to change himself to get women, which is really advice that the man be inauthentic, which will eventually fail — maintaining an inauthentic lifestyle for long durations is improbable, and it won't result in happiness.
Look, if you work out, etc. do it for you. If it attracts a good woman that's a bonus. At least it's authentic in such a case. But don't do it just to attract a woman, that's not fair to you or her.

Real long lasting relationships do not start if you are looking for them. You meet a good woman by accident, she isn't advertising.

What is yhis? What is the advice?
-
Well, it's general redpill stuff.
Women only want you if you're rich, fit, "high value".
Women are not capable of handling mens problems so you shouldn't be emotional around them, women can't be trusted, women will leave you for a better man, ect ect ect.
I mean, I think a good portion of redpill stuff is good and accurate. My beef is that they don't qualify their advice with actually looking for good/bad traits in women. Like the advice is to "cater" towards crappy immoral and shallow women. Like just find better women? lol

I played league baseball, basketball, and soccer starting in grade school, started lifting in junior high, and wrestled in high school, which involved a lot of running and gave year round access to the school weightroom, including daily during PE (wrestlers and football players solely weight trained for PE), so working out was always natural. I never really thought about doing it to get chicks.

I've always been a chad, so I never had to fake it. 😏

working out for a woman can be a "fake it until you make it" situation. I think all men should work out because we live a lazy modern lifestyle, and it's shown to improve your quality of life in all aspects. you will be generally healthier, have a stronger immune system, higher dopamine, more confidence, fewer aches and pains. Most people just never learned to exercise or play sports, so they don't understand what they are missing.
