   Anyone have a clue as to how I could get this error trying to go to twitter while connected to a VPN that is located in Chicago? I was also on a tor browser at the same time, but they were different browsers.

     @StaleDonut If you’re connecting via tor, then you’re using the TOR network….so someone’s running a node off their school’s computer? Interesting.

     I’m only a computer user though, not my purview to diag networks

     @StaleDonut I assumed you were. Can’t imagine how a VPN would be resulting in that if you’re on a commercial service, unless there’s something really funky going on
