     Seriously though, don't go into IT.

     Recruiters love you until you turn 20. Then you're not interesting to them anymore.

     That's why they're willing to hire zoomers for sysadmin roles when they don't even know what ssh or a virtual machine is. They want youth, not competence.

     If you want a career that will last past your teens, don't go into IT. There are no available IT jobs. I'm the proof.

     Again, they want children, not engineers. If they wanted engineers, I wouldn't get passed up for children who can't use ssh.

     @r000t I get what you're saying but how can they do the job without using the tool. It's like being a technician and you lack a screwdriver, I'm trying to wrap my head on that specific conundrum.
