stripped of context I guess it's still funny to see rolling stone weirdos praising cuties and attacking a human trafficking movie. there's probably more to it than that but
@Moon I've heard that, much like "An Open Secret", it presents itself as a shocking tell-all but doesn't actually name anyone specific or make any actionable claims, so it does nothing to prevent to widespread child rape in Hollywood.
@noyoushutthefuckupdad my cynical mind asks me, if this movie is so dangerous because of Qanon or whatever, what elite useful purpose did it serve to get made
@Moon@noyoushutthefuckupdad there is a demand for info relating to these topics. By releasing low quality content, they suck the oxygen out of the room and discourage people (esp normies) from making/consuming such content.
Similar to how 9/11 has tonnes of low quality content to drive away normies and make it harder for people to make sense of the situation.
The film is about a guy that quit working for DHS to go after child traffickers and includes real life footage of raids. It’s based on a true story. Everyone knows the government aids trafficking now so that’s why the movie is popular.
They hate it because it harms the illegal immigration narrative they want to project. Anyone that reads my posts knows about 1/3 of children crossing the border, detained, and processed are “lost” soon after. That doesn’t even consider ones that evade processing. The neolibs brought back slavery by opening the flood gates for trafficking. Also most of the left are pedos. It’s a double dilemma for them.
