   As an American, I'm surprised it's only half of us.
   We're built on all the worst ideas.

   Americans, as a collective entity, are a fucking wretched batch of un- and under-educated, insulated, incurious assholes, flash-fried in spite, religious fervor, xenophobia & racism. It's soaked deep into our bones and everything we still think we believe in.

   America at its core defines the abuser sentiment of, "If I can't have you no one will!"

   That rapist will take it all back in 2024.
