     I’ve only seen passing clips but they’re all about how abused and bullied the poor thing is and it’s not good for the heart for nice people

     @nugger Yeah the artist said it was kinda an accident, just wanted to make something sad and it really makes ya sad. I think he’s done some happy stuff to make up for it, but plenty of fans have stepped in to give her the happiness she deserves.

     Something that helps me cope with the trauma is remembering how spoiled most ‘sick kids’ like this have been IRL. They’re often the center of attention and special treatment, so they’re predisposed to being total douchebags.

     I’ll ask the jíf if she has any happy ones, she usually has stuff like this.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @nugger Yeah the one blind kid in school was an asshole. Kind of evens out though, you can forgive him for it. I wouldn't trade my sight for the ability to get away with slightly more bullshit out of pity.

     @Sprayfoam_Sal @nugger I remember having a cancer kid in our grade, she used to know how to get everything she wanted. She even did that thing where she’d ask for stuff and get it for free, like if you had a spare drink in your backpack she’d ask and get the teacher to guilt you into sharing with her.

     That early event set my radar into the ‘on’ position for people like that.
