     @re9177 @EricZhang456 @meso @ovinu That feels like meatbag.app 2, a bunch of completely random retards start an instance, it begins with a huge boom in activity (see http://demo.fedilist.com/instance/femboys.love, 30 thousand posts in a single day are rather notable numbers), then the target audience gets bored and moves back to discord/twitter/whatever, leaving the instance to die once the VPS expires.

     @kroner@seal.cafe of all the things about them, this isn't one I'd focus on, 13 seems the standard for all services with user communication and seems to be based on a relevant legal standard, so it was probably just a part of whatever they copied to protect the platform, like pretty much everyone does...
