@fu @alex I just can't take people seriously who don't know why corporations are setting up esg and deib policies. It has nothing to do with how employees feel and everything to do with putting on airs about caring how people feel so that they can secure more investment money.
Allowing someone to wear their cat ears while they preen for a camera during company meetings is silly, but honestly I don't care. What is absurd is that I am expected to [re]learn some diluted form of English to communicate, and that not having the right enthusiasm about some policy that treats me like an enemy can get me fired.
