     @vriska If they’re deserving, I try to give them a heads up about what they’re doing. Despite not liking that quartering guy, I tried to be above-board and warn him since he’s too internet-inept to understand what he was walking into.

     He at least showed up like a good sport, if they’re hostile then they get what they get

     @DEERBLOOD @vriska I think that was because of me, I told him straight that he didn’t have a position in popular eye to be flirting with a site like ours. There really wasn’t much to be gained, unless he’d start making vids repackaging poast content….but then it would hit him back even worse because his viewers would join, then get chased off brutally, doing even MORE damage to his brand. “He keeps company with evil nazis!!!! Just look at how the treated me!!!”

     And his brand is a milquetoast, plain, centrist-“right” pop culture grifter, he’s already walking the wire trying to appeal to wannabe-based viewership without crossing any lines a 2008 democrat wouldn’t. Really nothing to be gained in coming here, would only damage his NPC-cred and make it easier to ban him everywhere.

     That basically applies to anyone plain and inoffensive enough to not be banned from youtube: There’s nothing you can gain from coming here that will not come at serious cost.
