“Dobbie the House Elf” router name was on the list when I got up, and sure enough, there’s new equipment in 317. Right now it’s near the slider, over my grounding area. It’s maser-like but the intensity of the beam is very high; seems pulsey or that could be manually done.

For months now I’ve been paying attention to that router name and it is always associated the new equipment. Even if it’s just being re-situated. The router ‘Astro’ seems associated with my cell and attack when I’m on Wi-Fi.
