      @fishsticks @Frondeur @PeachySummer Makes them feel popular, like a training exercise to see if they still got what it takes to lure a guy. Also they like their phone to look busy when around other ladies, subtly shows they’re hot and popular. Also bored.

      Nice girls w/ soft hearts just feel awkward and don’t want to tell you ‘no’ to your face, while feministas pretend you’ll rip their skin off if they displease you, too, so they’ll give it to you without ever signaling the fact they aren’t interested.

      I just ghost them back, leave them there and then if they ever come around and text you in the future leave them on read

      Look, man. A woman's natural instinct is to go along with the situation at that moment so she doesn't have to get hassled.
      Later, when it's safe, she can ignore you.
      They've told guys to fuck off or whatever a lot and it probably ended very uncomfortably.
      Gotta protect yourself sometimes.

      @fishsticks @Frondeur @PeachySummer Yeah, but I liked keeping the info just in case you do get her talking to you later, so you know who it is and aren’t starting blind (makes it more satisfying to blow her off)

      Also handy to be able to show you’re trying and working. When grandma asks “well it can’t be THAT hard, I met your grandpa at nineteen” you scroll for 30 seconds

      @WashedOutGundamPilot @Frondeur @PeachySummer Most zoomers use Snapchat believe it or not with a smaller minority only using Instagram so they will literally never contact you if you delete their info. I've only gotten a phone number from a zoomer a few times because they had no other option and I think they were fake at this point.

      @fishsticks @Frondeur @PeachySummer when I met zoomerchick I laughed at her app suggestions, I refused to get anything but her number

      “huh? I don’t use that crap, I’m a man. I’m not downloading some app for you, either” is a fun message to send when you’re talking. A kind of “ugh, you’re not worth the time, I’d rather walk away than join snapchat just to talk to you“

      But I met her at work, so I didn’t have to really delineate it, everything was already set up. But it kinda worked sometimes, there’s something nice about breaking out of the pattern of most guys where they’re always eager. I always have more success w/ girls I’m not interested in, after all.

      @Frondeur @fishsticks @PeachySummer It makes grandma feel better if she knows you’re actively trying though. I’d rather see proof than “uh….I talked to a dozen women but um deleted all of the evidence” because I assume everyone vastly overstates the amount of time they’re wife-fishing

It's like they physically cannot understand that old methods for pretty much everything don't work anymore.
