     @WashedOutGundamPilot @deprecated_ii If nothing else I guess it'd be amusing to see chickens rolling around with that mesh orb.

     @BitterPill @deprecated_ii I was wondering if they’re smart enough to walk in it. Seems like the dumber ones would develop injuries from rolling it around 12 hrs a day, abrasion against their legs, twisting their joints….

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @deprecated_ii Yeah... Well you could probably give the chickens little braces and padding against that. Surely it's all worth it to achieve mecha chickens?

     @BitterPill @deprecated_ii I just don’t mind the attrition too much. Every few weeks one of the hens reappears with a bunch of puffballs in tow. We can afford to love a couple every season

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @deprecated_ii The only "real" use I see for the chicken orb is that it's a bit easier to catch them out in the open if they try to run away, which isn't that useful anyway because they have a strong preference to stick with their own... This is just a mobile cage.
