     Pretty convenient that 1,2,4 and 5 are dependent on appeasing people who have gone all in on climate change and are more than happy to ignore any new evidence that says they are wrong.
     
     Regardless of whether human-caused climate change is occurring or whether humans are capable of changing it back, a lot of the "solutions" proposed either require forcing the vast majority of humans into poverty, are worse for the environment than what they replace or are green-washed money-grabs.
     
     And before you dismiss me as just another crazy climate change denier, I fully expect that we will hit peak oil production sooner than people expect and humanity will be dragged kicking and screaming towards those renewables that actually work, because there simply will not be enough fossil fuels will not be available to meet demand and will be extremely expensive.

     I'm not even a climate change denier, but I think the way the people who are worried about this try to tackle the problem is absolutely stupid, and more than that, they are so stupid that the movement was co-opted by bad actors who use it to advance their agendas.
     One example: the fight against nuclear power and the insistence in using inneficient "renewable" energy that causes even more problems than it solves, and the absolute dumbfuckfest that is happening in Europe right now.
     
     So, in short, even though I don't completely disagree with them, climate change worriers like OP are complete retards.
