All in all, the amount I workout (active time, so probably like 50 mins real) is around 25-35mins. I should probably add weights while watching anime more often -

If you can notice, I have a core sets, and less core sets, I usually take 1, then another to finish with. I made the last one today and decided to grab two what would usually be "less core" sets because of biceps already hurting -
