     @Zerglingman I'm not exactly sure how Pleroma's alternative frontend feature works, but after reading the docs at https://docs.pleroma.social/backend/administration/CLI_tasks/frontend/#example-installation-for-an-unknown-frontend, I think it just serves the static files from a specified directory. As bloat is an HTTP server itself and does not have any static files, Pleroma can't serve it.

     @Zerglingman And even if it were possible to proxy bloat from Pleroma, I wouldn't recommend making it the default as it's not really meant to be a replacement for Pleroma-fe. It lacks many features.
