NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Thursday, 25-May-2023 22:51:13 JST NEETzsche @jeffcliff @spitfire @verita84 @covid19 They initially billed covax as effective at inducing immunity, so for it to be "effective" it needs to meet that goalpost. It's unsafe because it causes serious diseases and efforts at suppressing even the exploration of the topic of its safety were extreme. It was so egregious that basically from then on the burden of proof always lied on the people in favor of covax.
So, no. Unsafe, dangerous even, and massively ineffective.Disinformation Purveyor :verified_think: likes this. -
NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Thursday, 25-May-2023 22:51:14 JST NEETzsche @jeffcliff @spitfire @verita84 @covid19 Okay but they literally tried to force people to get an experimental gene injection that is unsafe and ineffective. This is according to your cathedral. That's huge.
How are you going to update your views in light of this revelation? -
Jeff Cliff (jeffcliff@shitposter.club)'s status on Thursday, 25-May-2023 22:51:14 JST Jeff Cliff That's *effective* at reducing severity of disease, infection *and* transmission. Just not 100% effective.
And is relatively safe, even according to the study you just linked to: *much* lower rate of MS than the virus itself.
I'm going to be marginally more forceful at eradicating covid and covidiots who interfere with its eradication, since it is more clear that it's going to be involved with MS and I've got friends with that and wouldn't wish that on anyone, certainly not the young people who are going to school right now - and the way to get spike-protein-caused MS to 0 is to get covid to 0. -
Jeff Cliff (jeffcliff@shitposter.club)'s status on Thursday, 25-May-2023 22:51:15 JST Jeff Cliff sure but ivermectin is not a silver bullet : we need more than just ivermectin if we're going to get to #covidzero -

NEETzsche (neetzsche@iddqd.social)'s status on Friday, 26-May-2023 00:33:59 JST NEETzsche @jeffcliff @spitfire @verita84 @covid19 efficacy after one year or more is what counts, and it's basically useless at its stated use by then. This is what happens when you pull out all the stops to push something like this on people; you get an absolutely parsimonious interpretation of the facts, and people are correct to interpret this way after that.
You advocated for the shutdown of basically all of civilization and the forced injections of the general population with a gene serum that maims people and doesn't even work. Like I said, how do you update your views in light of these facts? -
Jeff Cliff (jeffcliff@shitposter.club)'s status on Friday, 26-May-2023 00:33:59 JST Jeff Cliff "more what counts"
a lot counts when we're talking about saving tens of millions of lives at a time
> it's basically useless at its stated use by then.
It is not "useless" to save millions of lives.
> You advocated for the shutdown of basically all of civilization
Still am.
> and the forced injections of the general population
Not forced injections, no. I am pro-doing something that will reduce covid's R_0 in general, but I don't care if you get it or not.
>with a gene serum that maims people and doesn't even work.
Except it does work, in the same way a seatbelt or an airbag works. It's not a silver bullet.
> Like I said, how do you update your views in light of these facts?
To be more aggressive, and less patient with covidiots. To be more willing to kill to end this pandemic. -
Jeff Cliff (jeffcliff@shitposter.club)'s status on Friday, 26-May-2023 00:34:00 JST Jeff Cliff Initially it *was* effective at inducing immunity. But that effectiveness drops every month, as the virus evolves around it
> It's unsafe because it causes serious diseases and efforts at suppressing even the exploration of the topic of its safety were extreme.
Anything you do to the immune systems of billions of people is going to result in some side effects. The vaccines are no exception.
> It was so egregious that basically from then on the burden of proof always lied on the people in favor of covax.
Not always, no. There was a testing period, where the burden was reversed -- and they passed it. Now that we know that it works and have some idea of the side effects and effectiveness on longer timescales, we can make longer term judgements about it. And those judgements are going to involve the elephant in the room: that covid is still around, still destroying people's bodies and immune systems. -
