   @RikaDerufu It makes things less spooky for you, but you are missing out on a tremendous amount of intimacy. I actually feel bad for girls having to put up with that, most guys I work with just openly talk about how they’ve supplanted sex with their wife to the point of near replacement all the time and it’s a true bummer.      based on my experience, lacks of intimacy in straight couples usually comes from one of the two (usually the man) treating sex like masturbation. No foreplay, straight at it and they want to cum in 5 mins, and obviously the other one (usually the woman) does not get to cum because it's tiring and time consuming. I don't know if this attitude comes from the behavior you described, maybe it does.

     @RikaDerufu They aren’t asexual, they’re effectively asexual. Maybe think about it like a video game mechanic, where you can fire off a weapon every 30 seconds, then it slowly recharges until the gauge is full. These guys are masturbating the MINUTE it hits 100%, they never, ever let it just stay topped off and save it for an effective target. While it’s recharging they’re almost grossed out by the idea of sex, and they don’t want to see anything that reminds them of their last discharge because “post-nut clarity” gave them a “good heavens what am I doing with my life?!?” moment a the last time they fired.

     i get your point more now, i still can't relate maybe because it's a men-only problem. There's no post nut clarity in women sexuality, that's why i find weird the idea of being grossed out by titillating images even if you are not horny.
     Still, I can't say Im bothered by men being sexually drought and on post nut clarity when they are out in public. I (and most women) know that 99% of the time a dude hits on us it's because he just want to dry his balls and nothing else, there's no genuine attraction whatsoever, he just wants to cum and probably doesn't even think you are good looking or interesting. As you said, they are saving their sexual energy for external encounters and not for a private moment in their bedroom, so whoever is not a literal trashcan is enough for them.
     There's less sexual energy and it's true, but there are higher chances that if a man shows interest it means it's genuine and not him saving his cum for days or weeks.

     don't really agree, the men who find anime lovers coomer are just masturbating on 3d real women, it being on pornhub or onlyfans, and probably find the idea of being stimulated by a drawing, a 2d "fake" woman cringe (which could be a solid argument, considering that basing your ideal of women on drawings that literally do not exist makes you very detach from reality and your standards unrealistic therefore impossible for you to find a woman who can satisfy you enough, but dudes who memorize hundreds of names of porn actresses and base their ideal on how many dicks a whore can fit in her ass and mouth and on how deep she can take it in her throat before throwing up are cringe in an equal way).      @RikaDerufu You think it’s ONLY anime women, though, and it’s not. They’re simply a more ideologically sanitary way to share beauty. Real women have all kinds of shit attached, because they’re real. They have opinions, backstories, enemies, allies, all kinds of things that ground them in reality and distract from the pure enjoyment of a pinup. You see it all the time when someone puts up a 3der, someone knows about her retarded takes or outlandish whoredoms and it ruins the ability to appreciate the idea in a vacuum.

     Plus, I don’t really like dabbling in 3d pinups too much, it feels more unfaithful to my girl. 2D is harmless eye candy, but dipping my toe in the meatspace 3d ecosystem is just icky to me. I’ll do a bit to balance out, but I won’t dedicate a lot of effort to tracking down good quality and organizing it like our pinups repository (which was a work thing to begin with, started collecting them as art reference for a project and just let it grow)

     If the argument is "i prefer 2d because with 3d i feel unfaithful to my woman" then ok and I can understand that, but my point still stands. Dudes who dont enjoy having a timeline filled with 2d pinups are not "asexual", i even doubt men can be asexual at all
