     this is typically true unless she is pregnant. pregnancy almost always causes the pigmentation of the nipples to darken quite a bit.

     @c @flux I like reading the manual and knowing every aspect of a system, top to bottom, so nothing ever takes me by surprise.

     I know women are insane and emotional but that's not the default state so it's silly to be concerned about. It's like a dude being sad about his flaccid penis being small.
