     @Chet She’s trying to do it the old-fashioned citizen way, what she out to do to get hers at least checked out would be to start shaking the trees as if she’s starting up a class-action lawsuit. Ask questions about org structures, who’s responsible for what.

     “Hi, I’m actually here because I’m looking for a servicing address and name for this department, I know we’re naming the municiplaity in the sui- uh, nevermind that I just need to know who’s in charge of this department, and where their office is.”

     Also the email trick, sending a few of those and asking for a response “to have it in writing” also spooks retards. That at least may get them antsy enough to send out someone to test their water and start offering mitigation measures to shut her up.

     I’m entirely guessing here though, never had to actually follow through on this stuff. Usually asking if they have a lawyer on retainer and asking for an address gets things shuffling my way

     @Chet Yeah, this type of lady always kind of bugs me, because she’s got the right kind of idea, and she’s got the time, the energy, but she’s just not looking in the right places for advice.

     What ever happened to them advertising that whole Erin Brockavitch ideal? The underdog pain-in-the-ass woman with tenacity?
