     @PunishedD Don’t do that, that’s what dumb guys do and it puts a target on your back. Play along, and make sure you are equally yoked. Lie, put on a faux attitude that you weren’t sure you’d learn anything but you came away realizing some nonensical, but nice-sounding thing like “I never realized I was trying to put myself first“

     Then use that to slowly disengage from things you don’t have to do, push them on the coloreds and women, and enjoy your free time. “Oh, I was going to let maricela do that, I don’t need to keep hogging those! She’s way better at them than me, anyways!”

     Fast forward 3 months and you’ve slowly offloaded 20% of your duties on to her and she’s in a constant state of hair-loss stress

     Use their systems against them. All this shit is meant to prey on your kindness and willingness to play along. If you pretend to internalize the training then you can slack off and watch them all suffer.

     @Zealist @PunishedD I can’t describe how great it is to do this, too. They think you’re being nice and PC, even trying to warn when they think she’s getting overloaded.

     “WHAT? Oh she’s got it! (Scoff) don’t be so old fashioned, girls can do JUST as much as anyone else!”

     (trying to keep a straight face because I KNOW she’s complained to the boss about her workload, but unless I willingly take work off her plate to put on mine she’s stuck with it. But, as a woman she’s never willing to just openly ask for help because she’d be admitting failure)

     Did this last year, and have been slowly ramping it up w/ another chick coworker

     @Zealist @PunishedD Then again my current gig has a very hard external backstop. We have external clients that need things done, we don’t have the luxury of taking forever on non-work. When you have deadlines, it’s a lot easier to do this kind of thing. I’m not sure if you could swing it in a corpo job where everything just floats around without a hard end date.

     Everything I do is basically held hostage. Everything I don’t tell them I’ll do is assumed to not be getting done unless they crack the whip on one of the “reliable” people they can guilt into doing it. Gives me a lot of leeway

     Unfortunately there are two sets of rules and the ones applied to Whites will get you fired for this, and the courts won't take anti-White discrimination cases unless I'm mistaken. I think they are trying with the Harvard thing, but that's only going forward because Asians are also affected.

     @MeBigbrain @Zealist @PunishedD Oh no I’m talking office work. When it comes to the actual flying portion I’m leaping to do that. Need the hours. We just have mountains of paperwork to do in order to actually sell them. We have a couple girl pilots in theory but I never see them on the schedule, I assume we contract them whenever we need them. Most of our ferry flights are given to the old guys because they’re the ones with every rating under the sun. If one of them dies, i’m supposedly next up to have the company pay for mine, but they’re understandably leery of dropping $30-60k on me because I could bounce to a higher-tempo job with that on my license.

     It’s a weird spot to be in
