Utah passed an age verification law for porn and PornHub blocked the whole state.
Two wins for our guys

@AnimeTradCath @Tony because every cult leader starts a cult as a gateway to a harem (which is supremely based)
pic related its my Monday morning wives waiting for me to preach to them about how they need no worldly possessions and that I'm the spokesperson of a God I made up

@hazlin @sapphire All legislation is legislating morality.
Putting aside the obvious fact that prohibitions on stealing and killing are rooted in morality, the assertion that laws must be amoral is itself a moral assessment. And I reject your amoral faggotry being imposed on me. So get fucked.
-
@sapphire It is like, people never learn that legislating morality always leads to, A) the targeted problem not being fixed, and B) the law enforced to the letter on innocent people.
-
@hazlin @sapphire I hate libertarians and reddit tier takes on morality so much. Yes the entire world is exactly you the introvert fag with a 97 iq that is a shut it who won't do anything wrong with 100 percent free will and unrestricted capitalism. In no way would some faggot libertarian atheist society devolve immediately into basically modern south africa

@TalmudTranslator @sapphire @hazlin It's funny to watch the libertarians over on Nostr in their natural habitat. They have Bitcoin and "zaps" to send fractions of a cent to one another while feeling smug and sniffing each other's farts.
And what do they use these "zaps" for? Tipping e-whores.
Unrestrained free will seems to be freedom at first, but in the end, it's equivalent to being a slave to sin. Just as music is played within a key with certain rules to make it sound great as opposed to randomly mashing keys on a piano, true freedom paradoxically requires boundaries to really flourish.
The libertarian view fails to account for humanity's innate tendency toward evil. After all, didn't the world start off "libertarian" in some sense? But look where that has gotten us.
