@SuperDicq This is not territory for a governmental legal system to tackle. Rather, the real solution is in technical measures. Purchase devices from manufacturers who do not embed such malfeatures. And if no owner-respecting devices is currently being made, then simply do not allow that thing into your life.

Of course, most people aren’t going to take any digital self responsibility. So they are going to continue to live in a digital hellscape, and forcing the rest of us to “inhale second-hand smoke”.
