   If you’re using Polka (a lightweight Express alternative for Node.js), you might be surprised to find out (as I was) that it doesn’t support unicode in URIs.

   Until this is fixed properly in Polka, you can implement the simple workaround I just posted here:

     @kevinteljeur No idea, haven’t touched it in ages, sorry. But I’d expect it to. I mean, it’s a basic thing to implement (as my workaround demonstrates).

     @aral Does Express support that? I’ll have to check tinyhttp, which is what I’m planning to switch to for my next project at work.
