     @StoleMyThundersBalls @MelGibsonafter4Beers College students on meal plans would usually run out of credit on the plan because they were buying fast food with it instead of necessary foods, so at the end of the year they would be reduced to eating the cheapest possible options.

     @grey @StoleMyThundersBalls @MelGibsonafter4Beers Vintage knowledge, in my campus we had plenty of credit card offers that would toss a couple thousand your way, nearly everyone just ran those things up while they chowed down on franchise dross for 2-3x the price off-campus. Never ceased to amaze how kids would pay Sanfran pricing for houston feed

     I always ended up with the opposite problem until I was able to ditch the meal plan entirely. End of the year with a remaining ballance that the university would pocket if I couldn't spend it in time.
