Blacks do get razor bumps more than whites so theyre given more waivers. Everyone knows this so the assumption becomes blacks just have waivers even when they dont. But if you apply that logic elsewhere like hey niggers are dumb then you get in trouble. Same with women they have lower PT standards but the officers will turn around and tell you theyre just as capable as men
