     It's difficult not to work hard and stretch myself as thin as possible. I was never like that during my younger years but one day it just kinda clicked and I realized the world doesn't stop turning for me. It's a sink or swim sort of mindset, I suppose, but for the modern man no matter how hard you paddle, you continue to sink.

     @DW2 Was talking to my dad about one of our more distant family members, and I couldn’t explain it to him. It’s silly, because he’s got all kinds of nigger fatigue, he’s constantly talking about all these problems in micro scale, but when I tell him that a 22 yo man sees them all and decides the humble life of a rat is more rewarding it doesn’t compute.

     He thinks that all you gotta do is follow the recipe like he did and you’ll achieve his level of unsustainable, unrealistic success. World just isn’t handing out those winning tickets as much as they used to.

     @DW2 tbh I'm on this hard-core except I just work a dead end nothing job and hike hike mountains and surf the river every weekend.
